A point of view formed in production.
My point of view was formed by building software, platforms, and production systems that had to hold up in the real world.
For the last several years I have been focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and human capability. My view is simple: the gap closes through better habits, better judgment, and better ways of framing the work.
Most of that work happened before there was a public site for it. The systems, the habits, the ventures, and the operating rules came first. This site exists because the public expression is finally matching the work. The current offer is focused: helping high-agency operators improve leverage, judgment, and execution quality through disciplined AI use.
The work came first.
I arrived here by building systems, leading teams, and seeing how real work behaves when the stakes are quality, delivery, risk, and accountability.
That background changed what I care about. I care about clearer work, trustworthy systems, and leverage that sharpens judgment.
I build operating rules for AI-amplified work. I founded ventures to test them. One is Quantum Mindspace, the parent business behind MindSpace, a local-first knowledge operating system for structured thinking and knowledge work. The other is Pinnacle Pathways, the consulting lane for solo consultants, fractional leaders, and other high-agency operators who want to redesign how they work with AI.
What this site is for.
This site is a public home for the work, the principles behind it, and the ventures where the thesis gets tested under pressure. It is here to make the point of view legible and useful.
